Flicker Badge of Honor

I have been experimenting with using a Flicker badge in the column to the your left on this very website over the last few days. It's a way to showcase my work, and I suppose advertise for Flicker. Just in case you were wondering what the hell that new jawn is under my Archives. Feel free to browse my photos if you like.

Recently I also experimented with an ad on craigslist for a model since I'm tired of using all my sister Candace's friends. The response was varied and pretty strong considering that the ad came off a little creepy....or so one gal thought. Seeking Model 18-22 years old apparently translates to "hanky-panky," something I was unaware when I constructed the ad. I explained to this wannabe model that I added an age requirement to spare myself from a ton of high school girls responding who have dreams of being the next Giselle. The 22 year old part was just dumb in hindsight. That kind of did make me seem a little pervy I suppose. Anyway, I have about 5-6 women lined up and I'm working through dates and what not to see if I can make this shit happen.

My new camera needs a work out in a real shooting setting. The family portraits and snapshots are looking amazing on the digital, but I want to see how it handles a session with a model.

My guess is that the above message is from Kate? Well, considering that you have a discount card for my work place and we are barely even friends anymore, we're even.
