My New Ride

As per usual, nothing goes the way it needs to for me. I was trying to take advantage of this sweet offer through the Camera Nazis and of course, they were "sold out" of the printer that comes for free when you purchase a new Nikon D70. This means I have to go back there to buy the shit at another date if I want the rebate offer. Whatever. More importanly, I made the move today and I'm now the proud owner for this little beauty:



Throw in a memory card and were talking $1300 spent on a camera in less than 15 minutes. Yikes. A small fortune spent on a hobby is a scary thing, but you know I don't really care all that much. Taking pictures makes me happy and so I figure why the fuck not. I've yet to actually snap a shot on this new jawn, but I figured I would make the announcement of it's arrival into my life while the rechargeable batteries are a charging.

In other exciting news, Footlocker at the mall was selling tee shirts at a price of 5 for $20. That's hot. They are plain in all the colors of the rainbow. I loaded up.
